Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Valtiz Service. By accessing or using Valtiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including individuals and businesses.
Valtiz is an AI-powered email intelligence platform that provides email drafting, organization, analysis, and team collaboration features through a web application, Chrome extension, and Outlook Add-in. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Valtiz offers paid subscription plans (Organizer, Pro, Business) billed monthly. Features and AI credits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Pro and Business plans include a monthly AI credit allowance. Credits are consumed when you use AI features (drafting, analysis, summarization, etc.). Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Additional credits may be purchased at any time.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Unused AI credits are not refundable upon cancellation.

By connecting your email account, you grant Valtiz permission to access your email data as described in our Privacy Policy for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this access and that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.
AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any email content generated by the Service. Valtiz is not responsible for the content of emails you send.
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Valtiz and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your email content and any content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALTIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valtiz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
